Cosmetic Dentistry
01 — 06
Your smile, architected.
Before
Smile Design is where science meets artistry. Before a single instrument is picked up, we create a comprehensive digital blueprint of your ideal smile — one that accounts for tooth shape, size, color, proportion, and how everything harmonizes with your facial structure. Using advanced digital imaging technology, you see your result before treatment ever begins. This isn't guesswork. It's precision.
The Smile Design process begins with an in-depth consultation with Dr. Cohlmia. We study your facial proportions, your gum line, your bite, and your goals. Every detail is intentional. The result is a fully customized treatment roadmap that may incorporate veneers, bonding, whitening, or orthodontics — or a combination of all — executed in perfect sequence for the most seamless, natural-looking outcome possible.
Cosmetic Dentistry
02 — 06
The gold standard of smile transformation.
Before
Porcelain veneers are ultra-thin, hand-crafted ceramic shells custom-fabricated to bond to the front surface of your teeth. They are the most powerful single transformation in cosmetic dentistry — capable of correcting color, shape, size, alignment, and surface texture in as few as two appointments. The result is a smile that is luminous, natural-looking, and uniquely yours.
At Ivory Haus, our veneers are crafted by master ceramists using the finest dental porcelain available. Each shell is designed to reflect light exactly as natural enamel does — dimensional, lifelike, and completely indistinguishable. Dr. Cohlmia begins every veneer case with a digital smile design, ensuring your result is previewed and perfected before any preparation begins. Minimal tooth reduction is required, preserving as much natural structure as possible.
Orthodontics
03 — 06
Straight teeth. Zero compromise.
Before
Invisalign uses a series of precisely engineered, nearly invisible clear aligners to gradually and comfortably guide your teeth into alignment. No metal brackets. No wires. No disruption to your life. The entire process is digital from start to finish — a 3D scan of your teeth replaces the traditional goopy impression tray entirely, and a digital animation shows you your full treatment progression before you commit.
Each set of aligners is worn for one to two weeks before progressing to the next in the series. Most patients complete treatment in 6 to 18 months depending on complexity. The aligners are removable for eating, drinking, and special occasions, meaning there are zero dietary restrictions and oral hygiene is completely unaffected. At the conclusion of treatment, complimentary retainers are provided to maintain your result.
Cosmetic Dentistry

Dramatically brighter. One visit.
Before
Professional teeth whitening at Ivory Haus delivers results that no over-the-counter product can match. We use professional-grade whitening agents applied under precisely controlled conditions — up to 8 shades lighter in a single appointment, with a sensitivity-minimizing formula that makes the process as comfortable as it is effective. This is not the whitening you do at home. This is the real thing.
For patients who want to extend and maintain their results, we offer custom-fitted take-home whitening trays fabricated from a precise impression of your teeth. Combined with professional-strength whitening gel, these trays deliver salon-quality results on your schedule. Whitening is safe for existing crowns, veneers, and bonded restorations, though existing restorations will not change in shade — something Dr. Cohlmia will discuss with you during your consultation.
Restorative Dentistry
05 — 06
The permanent solution.
Before
A dental implant is the only tooth replacement that replaces the entire tooth — root and all. A small titanium post is surgically placed into the jawbone where it integrates with the bone over the course of several months. Once fully fused, a custom-fabricated porcelain crown is placed on top, designed to match your surrounding teeth in shape, size, and shade with absolute precision. The result looks, feels, and functions exactly like a natural tooth.
Unlike bridges or dentures, dental implants do not rely on adjacent teeth for support, do not shift or slip, and require no special maintenance beyond normal brushing and flossing. Perhaps most importantly, implants preserve the jawbone by mimicking the stimulation of a natural tooth root — preventing the bone deterioration that inevitably follows tooth loss. With proper care, a dental implant is a lifetime investment.
Cosmetic Dentistry

One visit. Remarkable results.
Before
Composite bonding is the most conservative cosmetic treatment available — and in skilled hands, one of the most transformative. A tooth-colored resin is sculpted directly onto the tooth surface, shaped, cured, and polished to a finish that integrates seamlessly with your natural teeth. It is the ideal solution for chips, small gaps, uneven edges, and minor discoloration, and in most cases requires no anesthesia and no reduction of natural tooth structure.
Dr. Cohlmia approaches composite bonding as an art form. Each restoration is sculpted and refined by hand until it reads as perfectly natural — no telltale composite look, no visible margins. Because no tooth structure is permanently altered, bonding is entirely reversible, making it an excellent entry point for patients curious about cosmetic dentistry who are not yet ready to commit to veneers.
